VegFest is based in Worcester, Massachusetts, but many of our volunteer opportunities can also be done remotely.
VegFest Volunteer Roles
In-Person Community Events Volunteer
Help Vegfest by volunteering in person before or during one of our community events such as a festival, fundraiser, potluck, or outreach event. Tasks may include distributing flyers throughout the community, setting up tables, welcoming or directing attendees or vendors, staffing a merchandise booth, coordinating an activity, clean-up & break-down, etc.
Remote Tech Volunteer: Web & Graphic Design, SEO
Calling all techies! Are you a web designer, graphic designer, web ad specialist, or SEO expert who loves our mission? We'd love to get your help with improving our website, graphic designs, ads, and SEO so that VegFest can reach even more people effectively.
Remote Project-Based Volunteer
Support Vegfest remote from anywhere by helping with a variety of meaningful projects. Volunteer opportunities may include researching and contacting potential sponsors, seeking in-kind donations, promoting our membership program to veg-friendly businesses, drafting letters and outreach materials, assisting with data entry, and supporting other administrative and outreach efforts that help advance our mission.
