Join Vegfest at The Vegan Nest (54 High Street in Clinton, MA) for their Grand Re-Opening Brunch on Sunday, April 14th!
Stop by between 11am-3pm for a delicious plant-based brunch menu featuring “chicken” and waffles, biscuits & gravy, and french crêpes!
The Vegan Nest is a plant-based cafe in Clinton, MA featuring delicious whole food menu items. The family-run eatery by Victor and Nicole Broushet has been part of the New England Vegfest community over the years, sponsoring the festival in 2023.
In the fall of 2023, The Vegan Nest shared on their social media that Nicole Broushet, owner, was “diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer,” asking customers for patience as the family navigated treatment and “this temporary new reality.”
After undergoing a treatment plan over the course of months, The Vegan Nest is ready to re-open, stating, “We are so grateful for all of the prayers and support from our community over the last year. After an aggressive treatment plan, we are so happy to report that it was successful! Nicole had a pathological complete response and there is no evidence of disease in her body! We have a lot to celebrate and the best way we know how is to come together in fellowship over good food and good conversation!”
